Thanks a lot, mate. It is definitely the best feat among previous.
First verse - the old '2003' flow, everybody was bitching about his yelling and the a miracle happened. But I dunno why he is putting an extra word in 2.29 out the beat
Sencod verse - the fastest Marshall flow I've ever heard, can't actually say I like it, but something different from the yelling is already a good point

That 2nd Em verse is really dope. You can tell this is around the time he did Forever/Drop The World. He has that cool multi-sylable, fast paced delivery but without the shouting and focus on punchlines. Just the Em I liked the most since the post-Relapse era.

His voice in the first verse made me think of the Eminem Show Era, like when he says :

I don't think this was recorded around the time of Forever/DTW. I think it's post Recovery. We'll soon find out, though.

He also used that Nintendo game concept again.

nah, T.I said in an interview few months ago that him & Em picked the beat but hasn't recorded the song so it can't be recorded that long ago, plus Dr. Luke just mixed the track recently
