Its pretty obviously, but Eminem has always been the underdog in rap. However, he was also hot as in popular thoughout his career, and succeeded despite people's low expectations. So, he is saying that if you don't like hotdogs, or hot underdogs, then you should go fuck a hotdog, and a and w is the place that you should do that because if you are going to fuck a hotdog, then you should fuck a big one.

I can see him referring to hot MC's when he says hotdogs, seeing as he said "you can get the F on dog" right after.
