When he says 'classic', he's saying that in a general sense of Hip Hop. It doesn't necessarily mean amazing or even great...It doesn't even mean the song it was on itself is amazing...it's just a beat that's...so well known and remembered. As in anyone who's anyone in Hip Hop knows about it, there are thousands on thousands freestyles/remixes/remakes on it, and its that one sick beat that gets played in the background while the radio DJ is talking. The beat just goes down in history as 'that beat'.

Atleast that's what I was thinking when I read the title. That being said, Em's discography produced a couple of these beats itself (Sing For the Moment, Renegade (imo, I hear that beat EVERYWHERE), Forgot About Dre).

got it twisted freestyle (fubba cubba) and hit em up really only two times you hear him on a recognizable hip-hop beat.

Maybe when a rapper gets on a beat from an Eminem song either right now or 5 and 10 years from now, the listener will immediately recognize that beat. So he has his own classics, the originals.
