Okay, I just found how much I liked Eminem when recovery came out. A friend of mine told me to listen and I fell in love. I have since then listened to all his albums and think TES is my favorite. I saw someone post in a thread about Em destroying Jay on Renegade and since I have never heard it decided to take a listen. Since I'm new to rap and English isnt my forte, can you explain why Em's verses are that much better than Jay's? Dont get me wrong I like Ems better and not trolling/hating or anything just wondering. I kind of know what a multi is and some other language but want to expand my knowledge. Thanks for input.

I had a little bit of info on what a multi was but this makes it perfectly clear. Thanks for clearing everything up for me

The song was also an Eminem track before he gave it to Jay. He recorded it first with Royce da 5'9" which could be the reason why both verses sound incredible. He always said that Royce always made him step his game up. That's probably one the main reasons his verses surpassed Jay's.

The lyrics are extremely good even if you put the rhyming aside! That's what so fantastic about it, being able to make it rhyme so naturally and flow so perfectly on such brilliant lyrics.
