top 5 yes . greatest no

and I have no problem with some of the people and their loyalty to Eminem but there are some exceptions . guys who would have eminem's baby if they could . that's when the faggotry begins

but again to the OP again , Em's subject matter is the biggest reason he is not on my top 3 . Kanye or Jay Or Nas or pac wouldn't ever have(had) to apologize for the stuff they do and have done .

He apologized for an egotistical prick too. He was an ego monster on his music. Therefore apologizing for his music.

I take it you're just talking about reviews and stuff yeah? Cause they hardly make an album 'good' when the majority of reviewers are fucking retarded.

Yeah, but has Kanye brought himself up to the MMLP, SSLP, & TES level? No. Never has, never will.

The one that came closest was college dropout . That's when Kanye was a "rapper" . Not close to Em lyrically ofcourse but the album pretty blew my mind .
Kanye can't make a contemporary Rap Album like MMLP but Em can't make something new and fresh like MBDTF .
Imagine Kanye doing something like Kim or Em doing something like Heartless lol

lol . wait
so you actually want to say Kanye or any other rapper I mentioned was on Encore's level??
I mean yeah , Em's the better MC but I don't need reviews to tell me how terrible it was except for 4-5 songs

First of all who is the GOAT in your opinion?
Then is this a good reason really? And let's say that this is a reason when we speak about the Greatest ever the parameters are a lot.Impact, music skills, albums, sales, popularity.
Eminem has it all to a greater extent than anyone.

Wat? Nowhere did I imply that Kanye had made an album as bad as Encore. All I'm saying is that just cause reviewers praise an album like it's the second coming of Christ, doesn't actually mean it is.

sales does not matter buddy
Illmatic sold 50K copies first week when music sales were at the peak
oh and I consider 2pac as the GOAT . I mean if sales matter then some Nelly Stan can definitely say Nelly can be in the top 5 rapper list . And when I say pac is GOAT , I'm referring more to skills then sales than something else.Impact , Skills , albums can ofcourse be put in the equation . And you know talking about impact , out of the many documetries on pac's death alot of them say that the government killed pac cuz of the huge impact he was having on black culture specifically or rather the culture as a whole . As far as albums , Me Agaist the world , All Eyez on me , killumnati > Any Em Album .

Sales does not matter?Αre you kidding me?Nelly love him or hate him is one of the best.People love him and this is the reality.

Documentaries?Well I'm old enough to witnessed anything about Pac.
Back to his peak people consider Big Daddy Kane the best ever.Pac recognized as a rebel and people love him first for this and then for his music.
The reality with Tupac is that people called him GOAT after his death.Same with Biggie. Before then they were two talented MC's with a lot to prove in the future and especially if they have a course to sucess.Nobody is sure about that.

Impact?Eminem's impact was bigger 1999-2002 than Tupac's vs Biggie's 1994-1997.
Εminem made the world independent color to love Hip-Hip music because of him. Most People in Europe didn't give a damn about Hip-Hop,Tupac,Biggie and anyone. But Eminem changed that!Reality!

Albums ?Here is about taste but MMLP can easily be considered a GOAT candidate album.A lot of people believe that this album is the best in Hip-Hop history.

At the end Tupac is a Top-5 ever but how the hell is the GOAT?He hadn't all like Eminem.
Eminem considered GOAT even when he had 3 albums 2002 and he is alive.Tupac considered GOAT after his death.
Biggie Smalls the same.
