Every fiber of my being would want to walk up to him but I'd probably force myself to quickly walk off as... I'd be too frustrating and pointless to meet under normal circumstances.
Unless I'm a peer or respected party of some sort I don't want to meet any of my heroes. Because no matter how intelligent you are or whatever, you can only ever come across or... be 'just a fan' when you have no status but complete stranger to them.
I mean, no matter what you say - the best you're gonna get is a genuine thanks for your support kind of response. Which is just incredibly crushing and irritating in comparison to the amount of respect and awe you may have for said person's work / artistry.
