I'm doing a project about people who left a mark in history and I decided to do it about Eminem. I'm having a problem with the following task: Give a short characteristic of the time period when the person lived and worked. Describe one of the most important events of the time. How could the time period influence the person and when he did in his life.

Could you please help me with that?
