A dude I work with needed some cash to buy some food for her daughters birthday party, I gave him $20, and after break he came to my desk and gave me 10 vicoden pills and a bottle of hydro, yes he's sort of like a dealer lol.

Anyways, it's liquid hydrocodone, what are the effects of it? Mixing it with alcohol Is sort of what lil Wayne does right? Or is that something else?

lil wayne used to sip lean(syrup), Which is codeine and juice or whatever u wanna mix with it, but liquid hydrocodone is a liquid form of loritabs. it will have the same effect as them, idk if u should mix with alchohol . but its a totally different drug than what wayne was doing. Be careful lol

Vicoden and Hydrocodone are the same thing. Hydrocodone is the generic chemical name. Don't mix the pills with alcohol, they most likely have acetamenophen in them which is bad for your liver when mixed. Opiates are great, and when used correctly are pretty safe. However, the addiction really does sneak up on you, and the overdose causes respiratory depression--you sorta stop breathing on your own. Have fun, but tread lightly. Sounds like you got a hell of a good deal.

Oh and dosage...if the pills are tens, I would start out with one at a time if you don't do these much. Check on them for some numbers. Something like 10/365. The little number is the hydro and the big is the tylenol. The tylenol is what will do the damage, so monitor how much of that you're taking in daily. The syrup should be free of anything like that, so just start with the instructions on the bottle.
