wondered "What year is this picture from?" He doesn't look anything like the SSLP/MMLP/TES era, not really the Encore era either. So my best guess is, a little before coming back. Maybe January '08????

and the last one looks like it was shot around the time of the "How Come" video

first 2 pics were from like late 2007-ish, and the 3rd pic is from the tes era 
Straight jacket with a hundred eight brackets, and a strap that wraps twice around my back, then they latch it!
