I don't think so, because he has hoarse voice and his lyrics aren't amazing anymore, they are good but not amazing.

Nah, to be honest I think he's had his best time. Still he's still very good and he can make great albums though, but a classic? Nah.

If he works with the right producers and sharpens his lyrical knife 10 % then yes. I don't think he will ever make something as good as the first three but a little less than that will be enough.
