I just had to say this one. Cliché scene in horrors:
Character hears something. It's quite the mood is tense (worsened by the soundtrack) and it turns out to be nothing. A few seconds later, a zombie/vampire/ghost/etc comes out of the blue.

Cliche shit in movies that bother me are lines in horror movies.
You can always tell when someone says they are "going out to check something" or "going to find (insert dumbass girls name)" they either end up dead or disappear, assuming they are dead they then end up the killer
