Yeah he had his earrings up to late 2001/ early 2002.
Maybe they were stylish back then, I couldn't tell, but that would definitely look horrible today.
And it sure wouldn't fit his new style anyway.

I think it could be the lighting on the picture but Em has always been jumping from black and blonde hair throughout the years. His hair was black in the When I'm Gone video too.
