The recent leaks just show how greedy and close-minded people are.

Funny how this Koloo idiot says on his Twitter that Encore only made it easier for him to leak Topless. If it wasn't for assholes such as himself, Encore wouldn't be that bad (and this is not meant to be discussion about that album). Same thing happened to Nas' I am; the album was going to be another classic from him untill people leaked some of the best stuff from the album months before release (tracks later ended up on The Lost Tapes). In both cases the leaked tracks got replaced with stuff that wasn't half as good.

I get a little annoyed when the LP's leak or the EP's but when unreleased material or reference tracks leak i am not that bothered to be honest. If em had the option to buy the unreleased stuff I would. I buy every Em album I am sure me having a few unreleased songs will not hurt

If the tracks were never meant to be released then I don't care about the leaks. But we've seen several times in the past that artists put out mediocre stuff because their albums (or parts of it) leaked.

I rather have an album full of quality material than a lot of leaked mp3 files. You can't even be sure that they're finished versions - just listen to those Royce/Em tracks that got out a month ago.
