Zune vs. iPod

it's music related and not specific to rap so i put it here.

this is a Zune vs. iPod thread. discussion of all forms of Zunes/iPods (from Zune to Zune HD and old ass iPod to iPod Touch.) However, this excludes the respective phones so don't come in here raving about your iPhone.

examples to compare these things with could be sound quality, how user friendly the device is, how good the software you need to use them is, cost, variety of devices.

if you mention the games (or for the Zune, lack there of) please mention whether or not most of your time spent on the device is playing games. if one has better games than the other but you don't play games, then that doesn't matter.

anyway, talk it up.

Honestly, in terms of simplicity and music, I prefer the Zune. I use my device mainly for music so apps aren't a big deal for me, but if you're into apps, then yeah, ipod is def. better. I think they're overall equal, but it just comes down to preference.

Only thing that the Zune is very bad about is that it has a feature that formats your device if you put your pin in wrong several times in a row

Zune. I've owned both, and I like Zune better. Even the software is better to me

Yeah, it's annoying...but aside from that little nuisance I really like Zune.

i got my Zune HD in the mail last week. it's dope. i use to have the first model Zune before this one. it's got this cool game called Audio Surf or something. it takes any song you have on the Zune and makes a kind of race track that changes with the song as you drive through it. if the song gets quiet or slow then the speed of the race slows down, then speeds up with shit gets loud and fast. it's hard to explain, but it's insanely cool. some songs don't show this off very well, but as long as you have songs that switch up mid song then it's awesome.

yea, i thought "Loose Yourself" would've been cool but it's not. it's too constant. the best ones for it are the ones that vary throughout the song.
