He's coherent, song has substance and meaning. Great poetic song, even still has a rhyme scheme.

If you want to hear drunk ramblings, go to a homeless shelter or a place they frequent. When you can't understand 95% of what they are saying or if it doesn't make seance, THAT is a drunk/high/loony man rambling. Difficult is not.
