Dark City was a great movie that went unnoticed. The Butterfly Effect is worth repeating 1000 times. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is hilarious as well. Then there is always Silence of the Lambs, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Twelve Monkeys, American History X, Clerks, Dogma... 90's was the decade of classics

Yeah, it has no action but boring? seriously? I really don't know what to say... I was immediately hooked by the "in reverse" sequence, never lost interest for a second, even on my fifth watch. It was (and still is) the cleverest movie I've ever seen. Plus the open ending in Memento is executed way better than in Inception. Oh well, different taste I guess.
