It hurts me when people mention Inception or The Prestige, when Nolan's true gem is Memento :'(

Dark City was a great movie that went unnoticed. The Butterfly Effect is worth repeating 1000 times. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is hilarious as well. Then there is always Silence of the Lambs, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Twelve Monkeys, American History X, Clerks, Dogma... 90's was the decade of classics :worship:

@EminemBase we share the same taste in movies. The only one you mentioned I don't like is Scanner Darkly. Couldn't even finish it.

Currently downloading Being John Malkovich. Thanks :b:

I love psychological thrillers and I thought Memento was pretty boring tbh. Inception and The Prestige I thought were much better.

I've seen the rest but thanks for the input. :b:

Yeah, it has no action but boring? seriously? I really don't know what to say... I was immediately hooked by the "in reverse" sequence, never lost interest for a second, even on my fifth watch. It was (and still is) the cleverest movie I've ever seen. Plus the open ending in Memento is executed way better than in Inception. Oh well, different taste I guess.

I can watch movies without action. This movie just felt really stale. I might watch it again one day but as far as I can remember it really was just some fuck at a hotel or a coffee shop who can't remember anything.
