No, I know why he did, I'm not retarded. It just looked stupid, especially if it's a debate about why Eminem is a coward. Whatever.

Unless you go by the court results, which you can't trust courts.
I see people calling Hyde a idiot when they don't even know shit. No one but mj and the kids know what happen, so saying he is guilty or not guilty is pointless.
Eminem makes fun of people, if we want to get mad, get mad about him joking about reeves
NextEpisode wrote:I second that.
What, however, makes MJ seem like guilty (to most people), is that he himself claimed he had slept "with" kids in the same bed. And instead of proving his case, he "payed off" this family to redraw the case. BUT, I don't know more than anyone else here, so I won't speculate whether he's guilty or not. Imo, he's made several good (some great) songs, that's what I care about.
The only thing I have against MJ is that he always thought he was "the best", and really put it out there that he wanted to be better than The Beatles and Elvis Presley. I mean, for real, who release a album called "King Of Pop"... It's funny that nowadays (after his death) people refer to him as this (King Of Pop), but during the time he was a life, in the media (and everywhere) he was called the "Self-proclaimed King Of Pop"... Death changes a lot of things, indeed. I'm sure that most people on this forum desperatly defending MJ, wasn't even fans before he died... Sad....
FreeSpeech wrote:As for saying he was the best, is it cocky if it's true? He was really a humble person in most aspects, but since his whole life was built upon music, I can see why he wanted to be the best ever. And when you look at the energy he put in to his recording and performances, it's insane.
I was never a huge fan of his music, or pop in general, but I've always had a huge amount of respect for him as a person and an artist.
venomblackviper wrote:Not a fan of MJ at all, has nothing to do with the accusations or anything since I don't know shit about them although I do joke about him being a rapist once in a while (after he died I would make as many jokes about him as I could for the first month just to piss people off) I do respect him for his musical accomplishments just like I respect other artists who are legends (Beatles, Elvis, Vanilla Ice)![]()
i'm not a fan of his music though, I liked beat it for a short period of time when I was 13 and that was it.
Anyways Eminem did not DISS MJ, he parodied & made fun of him which isn't the same as dissing
Making fun of someone is like what you'd do normally if you find something funny about someone you make a couple jokes about it and move on. Dissing someone is when you go out of your way repeatedly to try making them look stupid and prove you're better than them like you'd do to some one you hate at school. People think if rappers just make fun of someone once or twice it's all of a sudden a "diss" when it's not they're just having fun. The media was fucking obsessed with Michael, Em made fun of him on one song and did that baby out the window thing, that was it.
NicoleEM wrote:Pretty much agree with this.He also made fun of others, but people just focused on MJ cause at that time there were all these media reports about his life.As a musician we can not contest he is and probably will always be a legend. But as a person...having all these operations, mehh wtf?It was his own fault getting the attention to himself. And im not even talking about the rape accusations, cause we will never know the truth.
"That's not a stab at Michael,im just psycho"...rings a bell?lol

What kind of relevance does it bring to the table to point fingers at people that are already hurt? Mosh was a much better effort at trying to be controversial because it actually had a point.
And all this "MJ deserved it blablabla". You're innocent till proven guilty, that's how a democracy works. Stop convicting people because of what you THINK.
So is it okay for all of America to make fun of him behind his back, every chance they get, throwing around child molestation jokes like they're nothing, but when Eminem POKES FUN (not even disses, but just parodies MJ) at Michael Jackson, suddenly he's the bad guy. No, fuck that, MJ was being clowned on by EVERYONE around the time of these trials and all this drama, so why can't Eminem do it? Because he actually does it out in the open, instead of in the safety of his own house, or in the company of friends? THAT'S not cowardly, THAT'S free speech, that's how democracy works, too. Free speech is just as important, and if Eminem is a coward for speaking freely (unlike the rest of America), then free speech no longer means anything

First he had a bad father who always told him what to do and what's the best for him but MJ never stand him like Em did, he never had the balls to tell him like a man "fuck you, i know what's the best for me" or somethink like that.
