Ok this will be weird but when Eminem ghost-writes, does he write it on paper for Dre or whoever hes writing for?
Or does he rap, then dre has to write down the lyrics...?

People don't get it. In hip hop people work together like a team. Most of the time in studio sessions If someone is on the board someone else is on the mike and someone else can be writing as the process goes. You wouldn't believe it if I told you where some inspiration comes from. What matters is this. Marshall made a name for himself and is unbelievably gifted no matter which song he wrote or not.

Remember when Crack a Bottle came out? the unfinished version leaked where he was rapping what turned out to be Dre's verse. He said something like, "It's like seeing a super hero before he get's his mask on...it's not supposed be be seen(heard) untill it's finished." I don't know, but that may be why it's taking Dre so fucking long with Detox, he may be actually writing most of his song's.

Anyway's, I think Eminem writes and rappes the verse's, basically laying down the basic's that are for Dre then he send's them to Dre to edit them the way he want's them.

Eminem wrote Forgot About Dre from start to finish. Same patterns throughout all 4 verses.

I think Eminem probably does guide vocals, a la Crack a Bottle, every time. Obviously, Dre would have the option of changing the flow a little if he thought of another way to do it.
