What happened to Young Zee?

As most of you know, Young Zee rapped on the "Commercial Break (skit)" on the D12 World album, with it being said he had signed for Shady. He was a member of "Outsidaz" which Eminem and Bizarre were both members of at one point (hence the shout outs of "Outsidaz" on early Slim Shady LP era tracks). He was even on the 8 Mile soundtrack, so it seemed to be a solid thing. Then it just died out.

So does anyone know exactly what happened?

If someone can find this album I'd appreciate it. It is Young Zee's "album he had when he was signed to Shady". I've seen it mentioned on numerous sites, but never purchased it due to no tracklisting.
