The release of 'I Need A Doctor' as it flys up the iTunes charts in various countries, + the music video is coming, + grammy's may spur Eminem on, as the Recovery hype died well before Christmas.

Sure she will. Em has been gaining more fans then here for awhile. He has been catching up to Gaga for months and her leads that was once in the the multi-millions is now only a couple hundred thousand. Like I stated before she will most likely move back up, but so will Em at points. That's how the top 5 works.
Keep in mind I Need a Doctor just released and has already hit number 1 on iTunes despite leaking awhile before. Em is not only up for 10 Grammy nominations, but he is also performing. And Spacebound is heavily rumored to be set to be released as a new single. There will be bursts for every artist.
