stop making music with the Bass Brothers? Like they cut off all ties with each other as I know, I'm not even sure if they are close/friends anymore either. But the Bass Brothers gave Eminem a chance before Dre even signed him, when no one else did, or knew him then really. And they made some great music; the last bit of info I heard about them is that Jeff Bass was credited for co-producing Beautiful which was back in 2007. Anyways, I'm thinking part of it, maybe is that Em bought 54 Sound where the 3 of them used to work, and wasn't their a lawsuit filed against Em by the Bass Brothers/their lawyers? Discuss/what are your opinions on this?

I think they've had better songs with Em then Dre did no doubt. BB had that gritty, underground type of sound with their beats, and whenever Dre produces for him it's pretty much only club hits, first single material, etc.

I think they had a falling out over royalties, sued Interscope and one of Dre's companies. Would kinda be spitting in Dre's and Interscopes face if he worked with people suing them.

Dre produced almost all of Relapse, as well as Kill You and Who Knew if I remember right so he doesn't just produce club bangers. However I do wish the Bass Bros would come back (like nut in your spine) I'm not a fan of the production Em used on Recovery.

Agreed. But I think when it comes to money it makes it even more difficult. Like the rift between him and Royce is because Em won't sign Royce as a solo act idk why, and Royce got pissed cause Em said he was too busy to sign Royce when TES was dropping, yet he signed 50 Cent not too long after. I used to think it was about money cause 50 makes them at least 4/5 mil an album, but he's signed so many whack artists- Bobby Creekwater, Cashis, even Stat Quo, and Royce is better then all of the solo acts or groups that have been on Shady, besides Em and SH. I think that's a bitch move but that's just my opinion. As far as the Bass Brothers I really like their beats. Yeah Dre made Kill You and Who Knew but he mostly makes club, west coast type beats. He's predictable for the most part. BB are sick.

No their are 2 different feuds. Royce was mad at Em because he wanted to be on Shady Records as a solo artist and Em said he was too busy at the time with his album to sign anybody or to make any promises, and then Em go and signs 50 soon after. Can somebody confirm this?
