The hook made me laugh the first time I heard it lol.
And yeah, the line says final, not vital

this song wasnt on my original copy, not sure how the post saying they did got it like that lol but thats interesting

this songs hilarious, I feel it wasnt on the album in terms of the final album tracklist was that it didnt really fit the album with how it sounded and the way the content is delivered, like stimulate was with TES, but in terms of not fitting by how it sounded than delivery of content

anyway, this is clever, not sure if he wrote this with that intention or was just being funny, but this songs awesome. the penis is the size of a peanut shits hilarious, and seems to make no sense in this song with him saying it where he did, but sorta makes it funnier that way i guess :smoking:

Yeah, now that I listen to it, he is saying final. Vital clearly would've made more sense, though. To me anyway :coffee:

It always sounded like final to me...
Guess different ears hear it differently.

That song is fuckin hilarious.

And sometimes you see things that aren't there.
Like what?
Like fat woman in G-strings with orange hair.
Mr. Shady, what's a G-string?
It's yarn, Claire, women stick 'em up their behinds and go out and wear 'em.
Huh?

It's on my original copy of MMLP.

I think it's on all UK copies. I had "Criminal", "Kim" and "The Kids" on mine. So wasn't replacing anything, was just on there. Last track.

Lol, curiosity;

how do you feel about songs like "White America", "We as Americans", "Mosh", ecc, being in the UK? Are they just ignored or some shit like that?

No why would they be ignored lmao.

No offence but the UK aren't as piggishly self-indulgent as the US lmao. And, that IS a generilaztion and I accept that, and stand by it but... I'm not saying you personally are, I don't know you but I mean the US as a whole are because... well, the US are the world's superpower. Which means utter control and influence and, Americans are brought up believing "America is the greatest country" and everything else is pretty much insignificant.

But... No not at all. I mean first of all it's all about execution, so the fact it's about America makes no difference. It's about the execution of the political slander and content, it's about the wit and lyricism; all the same, no matter the aim. Secondly, we (the UK) and everybody are bombarded with everything Americana anyway so it hardly feels alien to us.

I mean, our channels buy / import US shows, and... we grow up on American music and movies so, I feel totally in-tune with American culture anyway. But, those songs are more showcases of Eminem the artist and, if you're a fan of Eminem and what he does... the fact they're about America... I mean, I'm a pretty worldly person anyway, I'm not saying all are but either way, it's the execution still. It's the way he's talking about said topics...

It's almost like asking you, "hey you haven't ever slaughtered women or ate babies, so what does 'Stay Wide Awake' sound like to you?" lmao... see my point? Just because you haven't done those things, you still have an understanding of them and it's about his descriptiveness and the way he's using that topic to exercise lyricism. But, we all know a lot about America anyway so it's not alien.

Plus consider the fact, we supported you in the Iraq war. So not only is not alien but we're part of the politics. The UK are close alies to the US, Tony Blair was Bush the chimp's poodle and they barked buffoonish orders at their compliant baboons :) I probably know more about the whole situation and American politics and the true aims than the dumb fuck cunt-heads of Texas that blindly support(ed) Bush in the first place lmao. So I mean... no, never take where a person is from or anything like that, as a reading for them. But, I know you weren't doing that you were just asking and there's no way you could know how we see it but, there's no real difference.

And besides ALLLLL that, there's a lot more to get out of those songs than the politics themselves. And it's hardly like Eminem goes specifically deep. He talks about the politics on a humanistic level which you could understand and seethe along with regardless of where you're from. He's touching on THEMES not specifics. Ie. 'blood for oil' and... 'police brutality'. And, these themes are not specific to America, they're Universal themes and problems within politics and society that every structured and not so structured civilization in the West faces.

And just because you're not from somewhere doesn't mean you don't know about, understand or relate, or just 'get' said issues. But, they're themes you understand on an intellectual level anyway and the rest is lyrical showcasing and dissecting the themes with his skill, and of course the musicality of it all so - those are the things where the enjoyment is universally gotten (terrible grammar), regardless. Just like the rest of his material.

FUCKING long I know. I've just been up all night so am slightly manic so type a lot.

That's the part i enjoy the most and get's me every time i hear it.
Nice blend of story telling and humor ,indeed this is one of his best piece ever .
the voice impersonation and the shout out (SHUT UP!) & (HE'S GOT AIDS!) during the intro is hilarious
And everyone should get along..
Okay children quiet down, quiet down
Children I'd like to introduce our new substitute teacher for the day
His name is Mr. Shady
Children quiet down please
Brian don't throw that (SHUT UP!)
Mr. Shady will be your new substitute
while Mr. Kaniff is out with pneumonia (HE'S GOT AIDS!)
Good luck Mr. Shady

Not only that every time [Mr. Mackey] [Eric Cartman] part keeps on changing during the hook .
Fucking love this song.

See drugs are bad, it's a common fact
But your mom and dad, know that's all that I'm good at (Oh!)

[Rollefsen] - SajN retired, bitch got old, unlike Sams "ladies".

Wait, the song wasn't released in the US?
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

One of the best things about this song is, his delivery, like the way he makes things sound so nice and normal. :worship:

Like in this line:

And if you swallow too much of the magic mushrooms,
Whoops, did I say magic mushrooms?
I meant fungus, Your tongue gets all swoll' up like a cow's tongue,
How come?
'Cause it comes from a cow's dung!

Like he just makes it so casual.
