instead of saying absurd, maybe you should say wow maybe that Suburbs album really is good.

Even if you can't get into it, there are a ton of people out there who obviously can appreciate it.

Recovery is not even close to Eminem's best album, and i was not surprised when he didn't win Album of the Year.

The word "best" is very relative and subjective. In many ways Recovery is his best album for many people. There are plenty of people that can obviously appreciate it to the point they wanted to see him winning the award for it.

Who honestly cares??? He doesn't need any validation, especially "Best International Album". Maybe the Chinese hate Eminem, and there's a billion of those bastards...

I'm Chinese, and i have to say that most Chinese don't even know who Eminem is...Because my country kind of block Em off. There's rarely Eminem related stuff on TV, Radio, Newspaper or whatsoever. They even don't sell Em's CD...The only way to get to know about him is Internet, yet there're still a lot of people who love him and support him, who buy his cd online which is much more expensive than other's cd.

So i'm positive that the Chinese don't hate Eminem, we either love him or never heard of him, there're only two options.

But why the hell is that? Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber are very popular here, why can't they do some promotion in China? After all this is a huge market...
