Nah, i mean sure. Putting Rihanna in the song did affect a lot, but if you read what people have said about the song on twitter you'd know that Eminem had as much affection as Rihanna, if not more.
It's just because Gaga's song is everywhere it's gaining about 10mill every update, that never happened in Radio, at least in the last 5 years it didn't.

I don't get why it isn't increasing in airplay - Power 106 in LA played Kush all the time with tons of edits, so I don't see why I haven't heard INAD on there yet.

I think Dre needs to promote the song more. Not just sit in the studio and rap lyrics written by others to beats prod by others
