The song appeals to young girls, it's a fact. If you got out and lived a lil, you would know a lot of teenage girls are victims of domestic violence. You'd also know that someone doesn't have to understand/relate to every lyric to love a song. I'm pretty sure no girl "knows everything" about werewolves or vampires and they are still obsessed with Twilight. LTWYL appeals to young girls, and if you think otherwise, you're honestly an idiot. It's formulated for a young female audience with the pop beat, Rihanna hook, etc.
