Does anyone know anything about this ebay tape?

Hi, I found this tape on ebay of apparently eminem in his younger years...Amyways I emailed the guy and I got a message back from the seller saying that he bought it from Mike Ruby years ago and I was just wondering what you guys thought about it all? He has piuctures on there that Mike gave him with the tape!!!

He says the tracks are dont chew with your mouthful, smoke crack on the mic and a few others...are they real...is it real?
