Why doesn't Eminem do drugs anymore?

Remember Eminem did drugs between 2002 and 2007. His best era, IMO. Especially the latter stuff, he had such an amazing angry voice (obviously he wasn't fully addicted, just popped a few pills here and there, you can on New York Concert/BET interview that he wasn't addicted)

When he's off drugs he has to alter his voice to an accent (like Deja Vu) or to a scream (like WTP) because of the drugs.

I know some of D12/Stat Quo ghostwrote some stuff on his work, like Spend Some TIme but not all of it. Reckon he should go back and make more classic like Mockingbird and Like Toy Soldiers.

I think he might have done drugs when he made Not Afraid because it's pretty dope and more relatable than stuff like Bad Meets Evil.

Drugs are what make Eminem rap about real shit, unlike other rapers (excpet Run DMC, really relatable), when he's sober he makes songs like CUm On Everybody I'm Shady, My Fault (WTF) and fucking Deja Vu

I dont see how u can connect his use of drugs 2 the choice of flows/ the tone of his voice. Drugs may influence creative writing as far as lyrics but thats usually caused by psychedelic shit like shrooms or to even just weed, not sleeping pills. if anything sleeping pills would make u sloppy at your work and lower one's sense of creativity.

You obviously havent heard The Re-Up. I dont see Eminem with as much emotion or rhyming on We're Back as on any song when he sober like the SSLP.
