So, if he released King Mathers, do you think we'd still have Relapse and Recovery? I mean, it would kind of count as an official good-bye album (It's Been Real prooves that it was supposed to be his last album), but since he never got around to releasing it, he never really officially retired. I have a feeling that we only would have Recovery. Cause I think he couldn't stay away from writing either way (but not be as eager to release it, since he somehow officially retired) But he said that he didn't get that feeling he used to from the Relapse tracks. So I think he would've released a comeback album (Recovery) when he got that feeling from making tracks again.
Thoughts?
