In most interviews he always says "You know what im saying?" Seriously about 95% or any time he talking.

He said it in 2004. Not sure about 2009-2011.

He used to say it all the time in 1999-2001, after that he didn't really say it anymore. It's funny when he says it though.

Well he didn't say it as much during those interviews, which video are you talking about anyways?
and as far as I know he hasn't said it once since his comeback (like nut in your spine)

I've noticed he talks about vicodins & valiums a lot, it's almost like he used to take them. :o

In his recent interviews, he has said "You know what I mean?" a lot, he just twisted it. Just watch the 60 minutes interview.
