Em is a robot, and here we see his USB port. That solves the question what is that on Em`s forhead. Can he do the robot dance now?

I know this is kind of old, but to get rid of this ignorance may I suggest you listen to Em's voice in Underground (Relapse) and then in Bad Meets Evil (SSLP)? You can clearly hear how he altered his voice and I have no doubt the same vocal chords formulated both of these songs.. Peace.
