i didn't change the ones in 'Difficult', someone in another thread did that, and it got me thinking. That was just an example.

What? Fuck changing lyrics just to make it sound sliiiightly better and not saying how it really is/was.

The reality is it probably wasn't exactly 90 degrees anyway. I know I can't be sure of that but he was likely fitting it into the syllable structure. And 100 isn't much of a stretch. Lyricists very often exaggerate or undermine things to make them rhyme better in a song.
