Winehouse may be a crackhead, but unlike Rihanna and all the other "popstars" she actually can sing, writes her own music, and is 100% behind the creative process for her songs.

Her music is much more hip hop than almost every other popstars, I mean her last which won 5 grammys and is one the best albums of the decade was entirely produced by Salaam Remi and Mark Ronson, two names that are deeply involved in hip hop history.
