Nah, I almost never post there. Their hip hop section is just more active/interesting than ours right now. I still like Tr better even if it is somewhat boring right now.

I also have an account on Wu Corp, but rarely log on. Project Covo has some decent thread ideas, but there are a lot of idiots there.

In terms of most knowledgable Hip Hop head ever, well he doesn't post on an Hip Hop forum, but I owe a lot of what I know due to him.

Yeah, I can't stomach being on other hip hop forums for more than a couple minutes. Trolls, immature dudes calling others "fags", black people fighting against white.... fuck that shit. You can still see some of that here (and everywhere else for that matter), but is not nearly as bad. Plus I enjoy how things are mostly organized.

TR is by far the best Eminem forum I've seen, but what about just general hiphop? It seems to have the most current topics, insightful posters, etc. I had an account on RRT, it sucked. I'd get like 1 reply to a topic that is real popular here. Any other sites? I'm just curious, nothing against TR.

No its not. My only beef with this forum is all the rules and regulations...and how strictly they are enforced. I understand not wanting to let the forum get out of control with spammers and all that. Wanting to keep threads in the right sections and everything. But it gets to the point where its like highschool. The mods get on little power trips. Like for instance, when a thread is getting locked for whatever reason...you rarely see it just get locked and thats it...The mod, whoever it happens to be, will almost ALWAYS put in his little two cents and be the last one to post in that thread...THEN lock it. And I dont mean, explaining why its gettin locked either. Sometimes its just " Locked " then they shut it down. Its little things like that , that show these people love being mods and want to remind you all the time.

It IS the best Eminem board though imo, ( hypocritically ) for the same reasons above. They keep it cleaned up fairly well. I dont like all the subsections though. If you want to comment or talk about a song that just came out, and put it in the main eminem section you get bitched at for not putting it in the reviews area. When the whole reason we are all here is to talk to people and have our posts seen...but most people dont go into the subsections. ( at least not as frequently as the main eminem section ) Thats all.

What makes this thread so great is that, we Stans get so attached to Eminem, we have so much to talk about him, so many questions, so it never gets boring, we also have some great people, (embm, Wreck), some great posters (EminemBase, Geno) and just some retards to keep it funny (Sac RIP, mdemaz, the pony crew).

That's why I love this place.
I've been on a few other forums before, and I just get bored.. But here I'm about to get 1000 posts and not bored atall!
