Not everything is about astounding multies, although you're retarded if you can't pick them out of the song yourself... It's about what's also being said. Deja vu is amazing in the fact Em recaps his drug life in a story form. I believe it's metaphorical for his entire addiction. The fact he almost died, is like losing his career.. then when the ambulance came, is like Dr dre saving him. Eating the musketeers bar in the backseat of the car.. he could have said any candybar, but he chose 3 musketeers because thats him, dre, and 50 cent.. his imagery and astounding metaphorical ability goes over most people's head.. obviously it went over yours.
