1. Yes, it's not his best but I enjoy the music. Which is what counts.

2. I like all of his albums (even Encore to some degree, but I recognize it's mediocrity), so yes.

3. He's my favorite artist and I think he's ONE of the best. But I know for a fact he really isn't the greatest to ever do it.
