has anyone seen this movie starring Nick Stahl??

its about a guy who bullies his friends and other ppl at school and they kill him.. i think... something like that..

ive heard of it, but never seen it. i heard it was fucked up disturbing, but i seem to remember it winning awards and shit, supposed to be real deep and heavy.
