It was not a rumor. It was confirmed.

Kurt Sutter is the man behind it and when it was announced, it was said that he was writing the script. Any good script writer is going to take his time to write the perfect script, plus Kurt Sutter has Sons of Anarchy to deal with too so of course it's going to take some time.

And then they're aiming for a 2013 release. It's certainly a lot more than a rumour. There's real names attached, a back-story to its inception... and it's not been shot down.

But, as for whether it will actually happen, we'll see.

Honestly? I don't think this movie is coming out. Em boxing? Naaaah. He's an old and skinny man, he's lost all of his muscles. His mimic is always the same, not good for acting. Em's actor career is over, it didn't even start at all.

Sure, he could work out. But I still can't immagine seeing him boxing on the ring. That's not that simple. Look at Will Smith on Ali, you got to be a good and fulltime actor to not come across in an embarassing way. Em wouldn't be able to do a good job.

Yeah, probably. Even if it depends on the role. If it is a short and not challenging role, he won't have big problems. But taking the lead role of some movie? That isn't like 8 Mile? Nope. Probably he wouldn't even be able to do 8 Mile nowadays.

I really hope it does happen. I think it would be cool to see Em playing this type of role.
