Relapse Concert

Postby TommiTMX » May 12th, '11, 01:27

Hah, I just took the time to watch some of the videos of the Relapse Concert he did in Detroit for the release, reglardless of looking a bit...weird on stage at times all the performances sounded really good!

 no one can say he wasn't happy with the music he made when he made it! He seems to be enjoying himself xD

Shit, Hello songs really good live, it actually made like that song a bit more.

And yes, it´s quite obvious the difference between Relapse Em and Recovery Em, stagewise. In the Realpse era he had more strange movements (hands wtf?) but cleary more fun. The Recovery era is exaclty the opposite, he seems more confident on stage, but not having the same fun... This only makes me believe more that Recovery was made with the pressure of Interscope, although its his lyrics on the album, it was clearly made as a more mainstream album probably against Ems will.

Great little concert, i liked the way they gave out tickets aswell, tweeting a place and people rushing to get the tickets, that was dope! I loved the underground feel to the concert aswell, and when he performs Underground is amazing! The little awkward movements were weird but you can defiently tell he liked the songs, shit i like the songs, i don't get why they get so much hate, i mean theres the accent yeah, but i can hardly notice the accent now, and the lyrics are fucking amazing :worship: Anyway, good concert, wish i coulda went :'( Does anyone have the Concert in actual order? Like the order of tracks that he performed in a row?

Probably, but my experience in T In the Park was a let down, might have been due to the sheer number of people there making it a very uncomfortable atmosphere but for the most part the audio sounded horrible, it was actually really hard to hear anything other than the beat and the backing track, there were just glimpses of words in some songs.

Still seeing something like this would have been truly epic!

I agree with j043674329, he would obviously look more like he's enjoying himself performing hello, underground, my mom, w/e than no love, spacebound and so on
