the beat is interesting, I dont know how to feel about it haha.
your mixing is good cuz it sounds clean, clear and the effect application is great, but the volumes are weird, the track overall is too low, but it wont get fixed by just pulling the volume up, you have to adjust the db of the whole track separately.

the flow is really good, the overall feeling is great, smooth as a mafucka. What I'm not comfortable with is your voice, sounds extremely monotone, like if you were 100% stoned and no emotion at all. other than that, lyrics are great, singing has improved, originality and creativity dominate the track, and works perfectly as a single. My only recommendation is to re-record it with double the emotion and fix the volumes.

overall = :worship:

btw, this is collie california, not amnesia

I hate this beat, sounds like typical club bullshit.....

Like Ax said, the volume of the track sound way too low overall and makes it feel empty aswell. As far as the track goes, for what it is, it's decent except the lack of energy in your delievry, i understand the laid back style but it makes the track too boring. Mixing wise, only the volume complaint i said earlier is your only flaw

yeah man, i agree with everyone saying this beat is typical club shit, but it was fast and i really love rapping fast, so why not right? haha anyways, sure man send a track.. I produce myself as well but i wouldn't mind a few extra beats.

p.s. don't expect more songs like this on the tape, promise..the deeper and more conceptually based tracks will be on there.

The beat is different, hahaha, you tackled it well though. I think its just me but the vocals were a lil low, but i could still hear all the words and shit :y:

The lyrics were actually pretty good, it took me like 3 listens to get them all, but good job :y:

The flow was pretty good, kinda in between slow and fast, i liked it.

5/5, this track is pretty unique i loved how you went in on a beat that most people wouldn't, big props! :worship: :worship:

i actuaLLY liked the beat...

first verse was very boring. just nothing to it.. flow was all over the place and lyrics were below average. just nothing impressive about it.. sorry bro...

2nd tho was pretty good imo. it stepped up. had a good flow and better lyrics. you just really need to work on that delivery cuz it still sounds like your not even trying. also don't fall into this stereotypical "party" rapper. cuz i noticed with the last few songs you did they all relate to the same topic. try to switch up. i know that these are just singles but this is your impression on listeners. if they hear 75% of your songs are "party" songs it will obviously make them believe your a "party" rapper and possibly sway them from listening to your material.

change the 1st verse tho and this will be pretty epic

that beat... haha different, on that techno shit, but i liked it.

Flow - i thought it was good, a lil more energy or vocal presence wouldve made it even better.
Lyrics - Nice, some sick multis... i missed some of the lyrics tho
Other - Second verse was the best. You have an accent but i can deff disgest it/dig it.

Been waiting on this, sorry forgetting to check it till now :sweating:

I really liked the flow of the first verse, you wrote our lyrics well to fit this concept and it showed, it was well executed. I can see why people saying your delivery was lacking, but the sorta story telling of partying made it work, as opposed to just spitting about partying like its the best thing in the world...and if you had done it that way I'd agree, but it worked here :y:

Second verse I felt the same about the flow, it was good and the lyrics were well written for this beat and song again. Delivery, same thing, it worked for me. The transition from the beginning to your actual spitting was dope as hell, volumes could be higher like others said, but it had that effect, plus your lyrics, making it still sound pretty good. That transition was sick tho, really picked up the verse, and without it doing so woulda made it drop off a lot, so great job there :y:

Overall I really liked it, has replay value, loved the beat and hook, the hook really offset your lyrics in a good way. And knowing you and how often we're talking and leave for a party, I know this wasn't just a party song, it was realistic to you the artist...keep it up bro :y:

thanks man, and i appreciate that comment especially. People don't realize when I rap about partying I'm actually rapping about my life... ("oh but tam you don't rap about real shit" :facepalm )

i agree with what ax said... a little more emotion and some better EQ i think, it's not as warm as it could be, but maybe with more emotion that would change :) good track though... keep it up and check my songs out!
