I never once said RA is a good representation of UK hip hop, I just like their music. They could be from fucking Poland for all I care as long as they're the exact same what country they're from means jack shit to me. However Kez who is also a fellow Brit (with a much better taste in music mind you) said he's proud that they're from the UK. So take that up with him.

And as I said before

>uses Wocka Flocka collabing with Giggs as a strong point of his argument
>automatically discredited during any Hip Hop discussion

You obviously do think they are a good representation of UK Hip Hop, as they are the only people from the UK you like, when they are the gayest/shittest thing to come out of this country's rap scene. Just makes no fucking sense to me real talk.

I'd rather you hate the UK scene 100%, instead of 98% by liking these faggots.

It's like someone not from the USA who hates US Hip Hop, but is a massive fan of Tony Yayo....like wuuut?

But them being the rappers I like most from the UK doesn't mean I hate everyone else from the UK, I like Lowkey too & English Frank is impressive. RA are just my favorites out of the UK, if they were from America they would still be just as high in my list.

Also you have absolutely no arguments as to how they suck, the other people in here debating between SH & RA at least like RA or admit that they have talent but they just can't get into them because of the accent (btw you should be accusing them of hating UK rap, no Brit accent ever bothered me)

So again, I don't hate the UK hip hop scene. Again you have no real arguments as to how they suck you're just stating they suck because you personally don't like them & members on here like them the most out of any rappers from the UK which makes you upset. This is like me being upset that Lil Wayne is the most famous rapper overseas (which he's not, i'm just using this as an example) & that no one else is listening to Diabolic. Yet I don't give a fuck if people overseas like Wayne or not, I like my music they like theirs.

^ Ok, fair enough, it seems I was wrong about you and for that I apologise.

If you have given other UK Rappers a fair chance, and still prefer Rhyme Asylum, I can live with that. I'm never going to be a RA fan because it aint for me, but your opinion is your opinon. And as long as it is an informed opinion (by giving others a chance), then I respect it.

I was just under the impression you where one of these guys who had a problem with the "accent", but you still liked Rhyme Asylum, and they were the ONLY UK guys you liked.

Also One Mic your shit is getting old, it's called an opinion. If you don't like Rhyme Asylum nobody is forcing you to listen to them. Going around just saying "they're shit they're shit they're shit" makes you look like an idiot and honestly I always thought you were better than that. I'm sure it's annoying to see a fair amount of members on the forum like something you hate, but nothing is stopping you making threads about the artists you like. Don't take it out on RA fans just because barely anyone here has responded to the stuff you've posted.

@ Kez - My anti-Rhyme Asylum posts are more geared to people outside of the UK who ONLY listen to RA from the UK and have given no one else a chance, because it is the 'popular' thing on this forum (in terms of UK acts anyway).

Hence my apology to VenomBlackViper on the previous page

^ Ok, fair enough, it seems I was wrong about you and for that I apologise.

If you have truely and honestly checked out more than 10 UK rappers, with an open mind, and given them a fair chance, but Rhyme Asylum remain your favourite UK act......fine. I don't mind that.

Is that not fair?

Maybe in the midst of my semi-trolling and annoyance at people's ignorance, I have said some things I don't really mean, but fuck it. There seems to be two categorys of people on this forum.

(1) UK accent in rap sucks, not listening to that shit
(2) Rhyme Asylum are dope as fuck, Rhyme Asylum, Rhyme Asylum, Rhyme Asylum, oh yeah Lowkey

^ Maybe that isn't technically a true reflection of the forum, but it's how I perceive it.

If there is one thing I hate, it's ignorance and being close minded. I have listened to both RA albums, even though I'm not exactly a fan.

LOL I liked Professor Green back in the day, especially his freestyle battles and stuff, but Professor Green in 2011? Not a fan. He went down the pop route and I'm not feeling it.

(A couple of good tracks on his 'pop' album though)

Have you heard the bonus track 'Crying Game' featuring The Streets?

Which reminds me, The Streets is one of my UK favorites too. 'A Grand Don't Come For Free' is a certified classic.
