the more this comes up, the more i think about it and the more i start to believe Em is at least subtly asserting that he's a better rapper than a lot of people in the mainstream. not dissing though.

for example, his drake references:
"fuck the mall he shuts the whole motherfuckin' wal-mart d-d-down"
"pull your verse our the beat and stomp on it, suplexin' it on cement"
