Wild Wild West soundtrack, CD came out 1999 so my guess is it would be made around that time too. As for the hook I can't help you buddie.

Yep, it was made for the 'WIld WIld West' movie soundtrack. Will Smith wanted Dre on it cuz of the classic lines he had on 'California love'
