Depends a lot on how well the promotion is handled the next couple of weeks. But can't see too many of those "casual Em fans" going out to buy this on release day...
Recovery sold about 740k, one year ago, with a lot of hype. Relapse debuted with just over 600k. And the Refill did about 150k first week, right? (Q4 though). My guess would be - considering it's an EP, with not "all Eminem" - this could sell in the region of 175-325k. A pretty wide error margin, I know, but it's really hard to make an educated guess at this point. Fast Lane didn't make that much noice/buzz (yet at least, we'll see if that situation changes when the video gets released). My instinct tells me that this Bruno Mars track have some potential to affect this EP in a similar way to way LTWYL did to Recovery... We'll see... My - not so sure guess - would be 250k (+- 75k).
