That's totally different. Slim Shady is a character. Its just a song title. If he made a song called "The Way I Am" I doubt anybody would care.

That isn't the same thing at all. It's an ambiguous title, cult leader is a common phrase, "Slim Shady" is 100% unique to Eminem. Ill Bill is a nobody. Sure, he's a legend in his lil circle, but no one outside of that circle knows him or gives him props.
