You've got to remember that while Eminem was doing the accent, the accent was 'horrible'. As soon as he stopped doing it because everyone, almost to a man, used to complain about it, it became cool again.

The accent has, isn't and never will be cool. Just because it's easier on the ears than that forced, hoarse screaming, doesn't mean people actaully want it back.

Meh, people who say they wish Relapse 2 had come out and how they preferred Relapse to Recovery in my eyes are saying they would rather him rap in an arabian accent again.

Eminem made Relapse and Relapse 2 in 2008 and this was when he was using the Jamehhhhcun accent, mun! Then in early 2009 he got bored of the accent phase and started using his normal voice again (and we get Deja Vu, Underground).

Then he released Relapse, and saw that the fans hated the accent and realized it was a big mistake as early as May 2009, and then remembered Relapse 2 was going to be full of accent songs. He had a panic attack, went "back to the lab" to make some more songs for Relapse 2, and made songs like On Fire and So Bad, trying to replace the accented songs with non-accented songs, which was exactly the step he should have taken.

So Relapse 2, in my opinion, would have been an album just like Relapse, except without the accent. So it would have been better.

It's all speculation, but didn't he say that Relapse Refill was some of the best stuff from Relapse 2. That included Music Box, Buffallo Bill, Taking my ball....all accent songs. All of which I like, but my point is that they would have been on Relapse 2.

Don't understand this distinction between On Fire, So bad, and the rest of Recovery tracks either. There's not a huge stylistic difference except the beats. Didn't he say that On Fire was where he 'turned a corner' ? Maybe you wanted him to just stay on that corner lol.
