Yes, completely. All they really do nicely is rhyme very well. Their voices suck, their "deep" lyrics are very generic and played out. It's all been said before. Musically, they aren't great. The production seemed amateur for the most part. They're just forgetable, they's be decent youtube rappers but beyond that no. Not feeling them at all.

I don't know really, I was as big of an Eminem fan as anyone, probably bigger but when his music started sucking I would atleast admit it. Some people just have such a strange attraction to him cause he was the first rap they got into that they can't accept he's not the same anymore.

I never got into Canibus so I don't want to generalize him but I've never heard a song by him where he says something worth listening to. Thanks for the answer, guarantee some people are going to attack you for your opinion on eugenicism. I'm neutral on it, while I don't condone active genocide of mud races, I don't think there's anything really wrong with trying to make the "perfect" human species, per say. So long as you aren't denying the handicapped their rights.

And I was thinking more along the lines of whether you think art/literature should be given as much emphasis as subjects like Math/science, but that's a whole nother debate.

Alright I get what you mean by the eugencisim part.

However I disagree with the other statement, being that Science/math isn't anymore important in society than being highly literate, and it especially depends on what kind of jobs you're specializing in. Art does help promote creativity, and helps with certain jobs and specialized fields most notably advertising.

And I'm not directing this at you class, but there's this general misconception that all you do is enter an art/creative writing class and just get an easy A, and that it can't just be thrown into the bullshit classes.

This is the general perception many people think of when taking Art class electives.

-Pencil holding
-Pencil holding 2
-Paint color identifying
-Drawing scary things
-Refraing from eating the paint chips
-Ability to draw in a straight line
-Coloring in the lines part 1
-Coloring in the lines part 2
-Advance coloring in the lines
-Playdoh
-etc.

I know there's a need for art...like for graphic design and advertisements and stuff like that but you can't really compare that to math/science Math and science literally do everything in the world, without them we would have nothing. English class is fucking pointless. Anything after 7th grade english is pointless. Knowing the symbolism in the Great Gatsby does not help my life at all.
