I think you're overreacting a little. How many times has he suggested he's going to retire? Just look at 25 to Life. That was a whole song dedicated to how much it sucks to be Eminem, and he even says he's "moving on," and "fuck you, hip hop." That's a lot more extreme than the - what, 3 lines? - at the end of this song. Put it in context with the rest of the EP. Take From Me appears right before Loud Noises, which is like 80% Slaughterhouse, and Em hardly even shows up. In my opinion, the track placement makes "I have nothing else to give you, nothing left to contribute/Farewell I bid you, but before I go, my last gift to you/Ladies and gentleman, Slaughterhouse I give you" make a whole lot of sense. It's a segue. He has nothing left to contribute to the EP, so he's going to show off Slaughterhouse.
And why would he quit when he obviously had the time of his life doing this project with Royce? That's a hell of a time to just give it up. It's kind of like the rumors that he was retiring after Recovery - why? It wouldn't make sense. You can't disappear after a comeback album, and the EP, to me at least, feels a bit like a more lyrical, less message-driven comeback. He's getting his rhyme on.
Sorry if I rambled a little, it's early. Hopefully I still got my point across.
