"Budge" means to make the slightest movement, when we post our topic 1 topic in the Eminem section or Hip hop section a topic will be moved to the next page and several others will be lowered down 1 space.

I assume that's what you meant with takeover. I meant budge as in, this won't have any lasting impact/impact at all in the Em section.
