All you're doing is ripping of Em and Royce's fame and selling it for your own profit, no different than selling bootlegged versions of their CD. You don't have the liscense to their logo and it's illegal. If anyone wants BME shirts, here are some legit links:

http://badmeetsevil.shop.bravadousa.com/
(Straight from their site, comes withthe album download)

^ How the fuck is that hottopic one legal either?

As far as I know that image isn't trademarked. So learn a little about law before slinging words around you fucking cocksucker.

I'm offering shirts for people I know will want them (as I want one myself). If you don't want one, fuck off. But you're not going to change what I do so, either buy one, or stfu.

Because Hot Topic is a huge national chain and would be fucked if they were selling bootleg stuff?

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. You honestly think it isn't trademarked? Em's people just forgot to trademark a project by the biggest rapper on the planet? Moron. I GAURANTEE it's a trademark.

Everyone, if you want to buy a legal, good quality BME shirt (it's better looking too) from a reputable store, and give Em and mostly Royce the $ they deserve, go to Hot Topic.

If you wanna buy an illegal bootleg shirt and help some random guy on a forum make money, buy from this kid. Adios.

It doesn't mean it's 'bootlegged' you fucking moron. Plenty of images aren't and can't be trademarked and are public domain. And can be used and sold freely.

No I don't think they 'forgot' to trademark a project, but trademarking an image is entirely different to music being copyrighted by default (when owned through a label). There's different laws for different kinds of media and different output you simpleton.

People can buy from where they want. I'm sure they don't need a fucking inbreed like you dictating them or telling them from where. They can think for themselves. I was offering t-shirts as none were available. At the time. So go fuck yourself. Retard.

Lol.
I hate saying "I've studied this in school" becasue it makes you sound like a pretentious prick, but in this case I'll make an exception. I'm studying business. I've taken Business Law courses. No, this image is not in the public domain. It's artistic property of Em and Royce. Someone designed this image explicitly for them. Just the name "Bad Meets Evil" is reserved for them. You're really honestly stupid. Public domain refers to shit like images of nature, classical music, images of public property like monuments, etc. A musician's logo is 100% NOT public domain. The fact I have to explain that is pathetic. Trust me, I know this shit.

Get pissy all you want, but I'm right. What you're doing, by legal definition, is trademark infringement and stealing.

Oh well, like I fucking care dick-face.

I'll stop when I have legal proceedings taking place or Em's management knocking at my door.

Not when the likes of you dictate me to. Especially when you're such a fucking hypocrite. Amount of shit you probably download or images you use illegally lmao. Even that image of Kanye in your avatar is probably the property of a specific photographer. So get fucked. You fucking idiot.

I actually never DL music, I have a subscription service. 120 bucks a year for unlimited music (you don't own it, so it will expire if you stop paying). But, yeah, I do DL programs. The difference is I don't sell it for profit, like you are. An what images do I use illegally?
I've never used an image for profit, if you're talking about posting pics on here, your understanding of the law is even more pathetic than it already is.

So what if you don't sell them for fucking profit. You're taking a moral highground and specifying LEGAL or ILLEGAL here.

If it's ILLEGAL, it's ILLEGAL. There are different levels of illegal fumbling and you'll get different sentences or treated differently.

But don't sit there like some fucking saint you total hypocrite. Like I say, even that image of Kanye in your fucking avatar is probably illegal due to it being the copyright of some specific photographer. I couldn't give a flying fuck if you're selling it for profit or not.

I realize that's a different offence you stupid fuck. But it's still illegal. So don't throw stones if you live in a glass house. You fucking cretin.

Also "your understanding of law is even more pathetic than it already is" ? try making sense.

PS. Don't chastise somebody on law as if assuming they respect it or see it the same way you do. I don't see law as morality and I question many laws. And there are many laws to be questioned and debated, I'm not a fucking sheep like you. Twat.

I'm just saying, you're bootlegging their shit to make a quick buck. I DL a few programs to fuck around with in my free time. I don't feel bad about it because it's not like I use them enough to warrant me buying them if a DL was unavailable, so I don't feel bad for cheating the companies out of $ I wouldn't have paid anyway.

And no idiot, my Kanye pic isn't illegal. It's not used in any profit making or promotional capacity. I swear, you're retarded dawg.

All I was doing was telling my fine fellow TR members that there are doper LEGAL BME shirts out there they can get, and you flipped out because I cost you some fast cash. Haha.

It's still illegal. You're picking hairs here. Do not criticize somebody for something in the same ballpark of illegality when you do it yourself.

I'm pretty sure the people who make those fucking programs wouldn't appreciate what you do too much either and you're "part of the problem" to them. So shut it.

Oh so, if it's not used for profit it's not illegal?

So if you download an album for free aka via torrent but you don't try and re-sell it / for profit, then it's not illegal?

And, hey, maybe let's not assume they're your "fellow TR members" uh, as I haven't seen that many people here take a shine to you.

So I think you're placing yourself on a bit of a pedestal.

I didn't flip because you 'cost me some cash' - I flipped because you're taking a moral high ground over such a thing when you're such a fucking hypocrite yourself. People know now, and they can choose wherever they want to buy whatever they want.

You've said your piece. So peace.

I'm not taking a moral highground, I do plenty of wrong shit. But why should you get to make a quick buck off Em and Royce and a bunch of Stans?

I'm just gonna stop trying to explain anything legal-related to you, as you obviously can't comprehend it. Oh well.

As for if people like me on here, I don't care. It's the internet. There are some cool, smart members on here who do like me (ThomasJ, Stillmatic probably isn't my biggest fan but at leats he's not an idiot), as for everyone else, I'd rather be hated than make lil "This Eminem song is dope! LOL!" posts.

Love me or hate me, I swear it won't bend me or break me...

EminemBase's argument skills have deteriorated to hell apparently.
He actually called someone a "retard".

Diction is the biggest psedointellectual on the board.
He even fooled me for a while.
"I know it's pretentious but..." is on the same level as "I'm not a racist but..."
"I've studied business law" :o
I know kids who study an eclectic array of subjects and are still stupid.
Your e-persona can be summed up like this:
"If I act knowledgeable about everything, sprinkle in vocab, and just keep arguing I'll be respected."
Keep typing your nonsense till you're blue in the face, all you do is ruin topics and start drama.
I see the bitch in you.
