I'm a heavy Em fan too and while I love a lot of his recent material, he seems to yell a lot now and it hurts my ears too after awhile. I still enjoy the songs but sitting in the car for long periods of time listening to Em shout can give me a headache.

I don't get headache from many other artists, it is just that Em tends to yell, shout and have an angry tone over a lot of other artists. I know a few people that enjoy him but after awhile if they're listening to him at a normal tone it can get a bit irritating.

How the fuck isn't it a swipe at Em? You're essentially saying, "His excessive yelling is aggravating to the ears after an elongated period of time". It's not a swipe because it's not necessarily a bad thing, it's just his style in certain songs. As I stated earlier in the thread, my favorite song on the album "Above the Law" is probably the track with the most yelling and I love it. It's just that if you listen to someone yell all angry like or aggressively for long periods of times, some people get headaches. There's nothing wrong with that, it's nothing against Eminem and you shouldn't take it so personally.
